How do I register on the Website?

• Visit the Sein Gay Har Online Mall website

• Click the ‘Register’ button at the top right corner of the homepage.

• You will be taken to the registration page to fill in your registration details. You are required to give precise and truthful details upon registration.

• Please check and confirm your delivery information, contact details and modes of payment correctly. Please further read our Terms & Conditions for your information.

• Click on ‘Submit’ once you’re satisfied with all the information you have filled in.

Are there any registrations charge?

• No, registering on Sein Gay Har Online Mall is free for all.

Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Sein Gay Har Online Mall?

• Yes, we need you to register first before you place an order. Even if you are able to add products to your shopping cart without a prior registration, our system will request you to register with an account for you to successfully perform the check-out process.

How do I place my order?

• Choose the item that you wish to purchase and add it to your Cart by clicking the ‘Add to cart’ button. 

• Once you’re done shopping, you can check and review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the icon, which is at the top right of your screen, and click “view cart”.

• You can edit, remove and proceed to checkout once you are satisfied with your order by clicking the “Checkout” button.

• You will need to have a registered account with us to place an order. Create a new account or log into your existing account to proceed.

• Select an existing Billing address you’ve previously added or create a new address as required and click ‘Continue’.

• Select an existing Delivery address you’ve previously added or create a new address as required and click ‘Continue’.

• Choose your preferred delivery method (deliver to your home or pickup from store) and click ‘Continue’.

• Select your preferred payment method and click ‘Continue’.

• Review your order, and if there are no further changes, click on the ‘Confirm Order’ button.

How do I check my existing shopping list of items selected?

• You can check your current shopping cart of items selected by clicking the ’Cart’ button at the top right corner of the website.

How do I add items to my cart?

• Choose the products that you prefer and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button next to them. The item has now been added to your shopping Cart.

When and how can I cancel an order?

• You can cancel your order any time before you check out. Once you have checked out, you cannot cancel your order by yourself. 

Note: If you wish to cancel part of your order or the order entirely, you will need to call to our Customer Care team on 09-???-???? or send message on Facebook messenger and ask them to do what is needed for you.


What are the modes of payments?

• We currently accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer (online/offline), CB Pay, Wavemoney.

Are there any other additional service charges and taxes?

• All taxes are included in the prices indicated. Delivery charges will be free when the purchase amount is over the specified amount, otherwise, it will be clearly stated upon checkout.

When will I receive my order and how will it be delivered?

• We will deliver within 48 hours to downtown areas and for other townships, estimated delivery time would be 72 hours.

• For orders from other cities, we will only deliver to the Express Bus Station specified by you and you will be charged for the delivery fees by the Express Bus. All orders will be packaged and delivered in a safe manner to the specified Bus Station. We will not be liable for any damages to the ordered products incurred by the Express Bus during delivery.


How much do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery fee is a flat price of 2000 MMK for all the townships listed out on our website for orders below 20,000 MMK.

Will someone inform me if the delivery of my order gets delayed?

Yes, our Customer Care department will inform you if there is any problem while delivering your order.

Do you do Same-Day delivery?

As of now, we only offer Next-Day delivery, but we plan to have the same-day delivery in the near future.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across Yangon city but currently for other cities we only deliver to the highway bus stations.
